Message about Fish Team Evaluations from Coach Kyle

This year, we have decided to do something a little bit different with fish team. In years past we have always struggled with children who can swim, but ultimately are not ready for the rigors of full fledged swim team. Therefore, we will divide fish team into two groups this year. One for beginners, kids who are maybe not comfortable in the water yet, and a second group for intermediate kids who can swim one or two strokes for the better part of a lap already. That way they can get the 1 on 1 attention they need in order to develop their skills to be on swim team either by the end of the season or the following season. These evaluations will help us determine what your child needs.

***Please note practice will begin on June 11 for beginners. The more advanced Fish swimmers will begin practice at 4 PM on May 15***
