Good evening,

    I hope you have all had a chance to spend a little bit of time exploring our new Swimtopia website and the app.  We are excited about all that this new software will do for us!  One of my favorite things is seeing all of my kids previous times in the app.

    Our first meet is 2 weeks from TODAY!  In order to ensure that we are ready for this meet, we need all parents to sign up for the "Parent Meeting Practice Swim Meet" by 6 PM tomorrow, Friday May 18.  The registration is found at https://foxcroft.swimtopia.com/swim_meets.  Detailed instructions were sent earlier this week.  We need all parents to practice this new procedure.  Next week, we will open registration at 6 AM on Friday, May 25, and it will close at midnight Sunday/12 AM Monday May 28 (Memorial Day).  Per the SAIL timeline, we have had to make a change from the original schedule.  It is not a large window of time each week.  If you do not register your kids, they can not swim in the meet!

    We have also opened up the RSVP portion of the Meet Entry for all of our meets.  If you know you will not be attending a meet, please go ahead and click on the Meet Entry button for that meet, click Edit, and change the status from Undeclared to "Not Attending This Meet".  This can be changed later if you end up being able to attend the meet.  Please also follow this procedure to complete the Intent to Swim C&C (Championships & Classics).
