Hi All!

We are getting a lot of questions that begin with "Where can I find..." or "What time..."

I apologize for any confusion in communications.  With 94 swimmers and a somewhat dynamic schedule, we will do our best to make sure everyone knows of any changes and has all the information they need.

We are providing two places for you to hopefully be able to find the answers you need:

1) Our website: https://foxcroft.swimtopia.com

• We will try to update some of the most important information to the home page regularly.
• An overview calendar can be found by clicking on the "Meets and Events" tab (do not select anything from the pull-down menu)  We will try to keep this calendar updated, but it may not have every last minute schedule adjustment - an example would be the morning practices we added this week were not added to this calendar.
• The "Meets and RSVP" section under the "Meets and Events" tab has information on some of the most important dates (swim meets, photo days, etc). These also populate to the app.

2) Bi-Weekly Emails - usually sent from Crystal Warmoth

• Our goal is to send two e-mails per week.  One at the end of the week and one at the beginning of the week (or whenever the hosting team sends us information regarding the meet).  It is very important that you read these e-mails all the way through!
• The important team-wide e-mails post to the website.  They are located on the "About" Tab, pull-down "News".  If the e-mail has disappeared from your inbox, you can find a copy here.

We have a short character limit on texts and try to reserve that for quick/urgent issues.
