This Week's Home Meet - June 28th 5:30pm
- We need people to help set up at 2pm.
- Plan to stay after and swim again this week. The coaches will make an announcement.
- Swimmer Arrival Time: 4pm, Warm-ups at 4:15 (parents of 8&U swimmers need to stay with their kids after warm-ups because tent parents do not arrive until 5:15). Please write your swimmers' event numbers on their arms.
- First Half Volunteers arrive no later than 5:15 and check in with Dorothy Sturman.
Sunrise Practice is tomorrow, June 27th
- All ages practice at 6:30 followed by breakfast at Chick-fil-A on Pelham Rd. Have your swimmers bring cash to practice. We will recruit parent drivers. There will be no 9am/10am practice.
Fun Friday, June 29th
10am-12pm (
Note the longer time this week!) We will have a large Inflatable Water Slide & a shaving cream fight!
Please have your kids bring a can of shaving cream (foam, not gel - available at Dollar Tree or Walmart) and wear bathing suits and goggles. The kids will be hosed off after the shaving cream fight before playing in the pool.
Divisionals Heat Sheet Ads due June 30thHeat Sheets will be available for sale at the 7/6-7 Divisional Meet. There is ad space available for purchase, should you like to recognize your swimmer(s). Complete the attached form and e-mail to Emelyn Shabel at [email protected] by Saturday June 30th. Please note that you can now wish your swimmer(s) good luck with our one line "Shout Out" for only $2.
Checks, payable to Foxcroft Swim Team, can be delivered in person to Emelyn or to the Shabel house: 2 Hunting Hollow Rd.
Divisionals Heat Sheet Cover Contest due July 2nd
Any swimmer is allowed to submit a design and they are due by July 2. They can be delivered to Emelyn Shabel's mailbox at 2 Hunting Hollow Rd. Designs must be on 8 1/2x11 paper and the drawing must be by hand, no graphics or typing and must be black and white. If you mention one team, must mention all 5 teams and they are: Pelham Falls Piranhas, Poinsettia Pirates, Foxcroft Fox, Forrester Woods Waverunners, Thornblade Blades. Cash prize is $25 and there will be two winners (10&U and 11&U).
