I cannot believe Divisionals is next week!

The Divisionals Meets require a very different structure for volunteers (and thankfully less from each team), so we have gone ahead and assigned jobs for the meets Friday night (11+) and Saturday morning (10&U). Thank you to those who had already signed themselves up for jobs! We kept many of them, but did need to make some adjustments. Please see the attached documents sorted by last name. The job assignments should also show up in your Swimtopia App. Please note, for the tent parent and timer jobs, we assigned a specific parent, but if you would like to trade with your spouse, that is fine. Just let us know. If you are unable to fill your assigned job, please let Dorothy Sturman ([email protected]) and Emelyn Shabel ([email protected]) know ASAP.  First half volunteers need to check in at 4:15 PM on Friday and 8:45 AM on Saturday.

The coaches will be working on the Divisionals athlete entries over the next couple of days. SAIL has required that we use one Swimtopia meet to seed all our swimmers. We don’t want this to cause any confusion. ALL swimmers’ events will appear in the app under the Saturday (10&U) meet even though the 11+ swimmers are in fact swimming FRIDAY night! Volunteer assignments are correctly linked to either the Friday night or Saturday morning meet.

Lastly, I have attached a copy of the uncombined heat sheet for tomorrow's meet.  We will also have printed copies reflecting the combined events for sale at Concessions tomorrow for $2.
