C&C Parents,

We need help on Friday delivering our fan and setting up 1 of our white tents at Westside Aquatics Center.  Please see the following information from Emelyn, and let us know if you can help.  Ideally we would have 6 people helping.  On Sunday, when Classics finish, all attendees, please plan to help take down the tents.  We will need a person with a truck to bring the fan home.

Here are the details:

• We need to bring 1 white tent, our big fan, an extension cord, and our new mister. (Cannot hang our Foxcroft banner)
• Our space is indicated below – same as LY
• We can begin setting up at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If we want our fan & mister locked inside Westside Aquatic for the night – they need them by 5:00 p.m.
• We are sharing that space with other White Division teams, obviously. Everyone is bringing a tent. It’s possible they won’t all fit in the space – but we want to set up as many as we can.
• I will be there early Saturday morning to get the fan and mister and to save a spot for our swimmers. (I will also be there for take-down Sunday.)
