It's time to sign up for our first swim meet on Swimtopia: Deadline is midnight this Sunday. Your swimmers will not be allowed to swim in the meet if they are not signed up.

- You will need to declare your kids for every meet, whether they are swimming or not. If they are not going to be at the meet, please contact Ashley Mozingo to let her know not to schedule you for volunteering. Last year we signed up for volunteer roles on Swimtopia, but this year Ashley will assign the roles and notify us at the beginning of the week of that meet (If our assignment doesn't work for some reason, we can contact Ashley).

- Go to the Meets & Events tab to sign up. Parents will pick up to 3 individual events for each swimmer. 8&Under parents, please check with a coach before signing up for breast, IM, or fly to make sure your child is ready.

- Please check https://foxcroft.swimtopia.com/swim-meet-101 to make sure your swimmers are prepared for our first meet.

Practice times next week:

Monday, Memorial Day - 9am for 9&up only (no 8&under today)

Tuesday/Wednesday - 4:30 10&under and 5:30 11&up

Thursday - first swim meet! Arrive by 4:30. More details will be sent next week.

Friday - our first Fun Friday will be at 8pm (they will be in the morning after school is out) on May 31st at the pool! We are having a movie night with popcorn. Bring a chair. The pool will also be open for night swimming.

It's time to certify as a volunteer! - SAIL requires all volunteers to be certified each year.  Please click the link below and certify by taking three quick tests: timer, runner, records.  This will greatly help our volunteer coordinator, Ashley Mozingo, as she fills the positions.  Thank you for helping with this. We need all hands on deck! :)

Intent to Swim Form: The Divisionals and C&C Intent to Swim form is online this year. You can find it under the Meet & RSVP Calendar tab. Please check your vacations, and determine your availability now.

Weather Reminder: We practice in the rain, but will cancel practice for thunder/lightning. We will send out any weather updates through our Remind app.
