Notes for Family and Friends:

  • Parking: Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at Westside Aquatic Center. There will be NO parking allowed on grass areas. Staff will be in the parking lots directing cars to parking spaces. We MUST be respectful to all staff throughout the weekend. This has been a problem in the past.
  • Swimmer Drop Off: Swimmer drop off will be available. Please follow parking staff to designated area for swimmer drop off.
  • In the bleachers: NO FOOD and BEVERAGES may be taken into the building and no personal chairs are allowed.
  • Volunteers: We are working on the volunteer list, and will contact you as soon as possible.

Additional Information for Classics NEW this year:

  • Attendance: Each swimmer, volunteer, and coach will be given a wristband. Each swimmer who makes Classics will also be given two spectator wristbands to distribute. Only those with wristbands will be allowed to enter the building. If a swimmer has more than 2 supporters (grandparents, siblings, etc.) – supporters will have to share the wristbands and take turns going in to watch. The wristbands will be easy to take on and off, so we can meet in the tent and share wristbands among our team.
  • Parking:On Sunday, once the lot is full, there will be overflow parking available at Alexander Elementary School located at 1601 W Bramlett Rd, Greenville, SC 29611. A shuttle will be available for use. Carpooling is HIGHLY recommended – for both swimmers and parents. There will be absolutely no parking in the church across the street.

Additional Information for Championship Alternates: Swimmers designated as alternates who are not called by midnight on Thursday are not subject to late scratch penalties if openings occur after that time. If openings do occur after that time and the alternate can be contacted or is present at the pool, he/she will swim. Any alternates present at the meet will be sent to Clerk of Course with all swimmers. They will wait until all swimmers check to see if they are needed
