Everything you wondered about C&C and more!

Please see attached pdf from SAIL. It answers every question you may have... from what happens in the event of a tie to when volunteers need to arrive (bottom of page 2 and top of 3). Certain job duties are outlined as well, especially tent parents. Please give particular attention to parking information.

Additionally, SAIL is using bands for crowd control on Sunday. From SAIL: "Swimmer bands, coach bands, spectator bands and volunteer bands will be passed out to coaches ONLY on your team's practice day at Westside (Thursday of this week). Each team will get one swimmer band (this is the paper band) per qualified CLASSICS swimmer, 2 spectator bands (this is the silicon band) per qualified CLASSICS swimmer, one silicone band per Coach (if your team has Classics qualified swimmers that are also a coach that coach will use their swimmer band), and one volunteer band (also silicone band) per required team volunteer count (if your team was required to supply two volunteer positions at Classics then your team will get two volunteer bands, if your team was required to provide 4 volunteers for Classics then your team will receive 4 volunteer bands, and so forth). Swimmers, spectators, coaches and volunteers are ONLY required to wear the bands on SUNDAY at CLASSICS! Failure to remember bands will result in the swimmer, spectator, volunteer or coach to be turned away from entry into the pool, so PLEASE don't forget or lose your bands!"

Thanks, Tarin
