Swim Team Families, 

Luminary sales are quickly approaching, and we have had very little response to our last e-mail request for volunteers. 

In the past, Swim Team families were required to participate in several fundraisers in addition to Luminary Sales. We prefer to accept volunteers for each of the steps necessary to complete this fundraiser rather than assigning rolls. We are especially grateful to families who are able to help in all capacities, but we know that is not possible for all. However, all families should be able to assist in some way. 

Please respond ASAP to let us know in which of the following ways you are able to help: 

1. Help count bags and candles prior to the Nov 24 packing party.
2. Help pack luminaries - November 24, 2-4 PM, Clubhouse 
3. Sell luminaries to a list of homes - You will need to bring a box(es) to transport your luminary supplies home. 
4. Set-up, Light, and Clean-up Luminaries on Dec 22 for families who purchase this option 

Remember, we are willing to sign Beta club or other Community Service sheets for any help provided.
