Happy Fall Swim Team Families!

We are starting to plan for summer 2021, and hoping we will have a normal season! Our annual Luminary Sale is getting ready to kick off.

For many years, the Foxcroft Swimteam had several fundraisers requiring family participation. Thanks to our generous sponsors and our family booster fee, we now only have one main fundraiser - Luminaries! Every year, we choose a night in December to light our streets with candles. It is a beautiful way to celebrate the holidays with our neighbors.

It does require some effort on our part to pack the luminaries and sell them door to door, but it is something the neighborhood looks forward to each year and it is an easy sell at most houses.

Mark Your Calendars:

• Luminary Packing - Sunday, November 22, 2-4 PM, Clubhouse
• Luminary purchase/pick-up: 3 -5 PM (We plan to keep this socially distanced, and are hoping more families will choose this option this year, reducing our door-to-door sales)
• Luminary Lighting - Sunday, December 13 (rain date Dec 20)

We need help with the following:

• People to come on November 22 to help pack the luminaries - This goes much faster with a large group!
• Families to take a list of addresses and sell luminaries - The more participation, the smaller the list.
• Families who are willing to set-up, light, and clean-up luminaries on Dec. 13 for families who purchase this add-on option.
