The July 5th email had important information about this weekend’s meets (parking, arrival times, etc.) Past emails can always be found on the News tab of our website.

We have a few updates regarding the meet:

1) Parking on Saturday ONLY - Heritage Bible Church is kind enough to let us use their parking lot for Divisionals. However, this Saturday, they will be having a funeral at the church around Noon. PLEASE do not park in any of the areas right around the building where the funeral guests need to park. Please see the attached aerial view of the parking lot. Please do not park in any areas with a red X. Only park in the blue circled area.

2) Caps - All swim caps must be either a Foxcroft team cap (current or old) or a solid-color cap. Officials will DQ immediately for wearing a wrong cap.

3) Shoes - Please be sure to wear shoes in the field. The field has been treated for spurs, but Silverleaf can’t guarantee that they are all gone.

4) Concessions - Please find the concessions menu attached. Cash only.

Additional Information:

• Pasta Pump Up:
  • We are watching the weather for tomorrow, and will update everyone if we need to cancel.
  • We plan to take a team picture before Pasta Pump Up. Swimmers need to wear this year’s Foxcroft T-shirt. Please make sure older swimmers bring their shirt with them to practice.
  • Please try to bring a chair to Pasta Pump Up as there is not enough on the pool deck for everyone.
• We will email the list of C&C qualifiers as soon as possible on Sunday night. We expect it to be after 9 PM. Qualified swimmers will come to a Breakfast of Champions on Monday morning. More information TBD.
• The Swim Team Banquet is on Tuesday, July 13 at 6:30 PM on the field. LIke last year, families are invited to order dinner from Tom’s BBQ. Please find the menu and ordering information below. The order deadline is Monday, July 12 at 2:30 PM. (Please note, if the menu does not display on your computer, please try a mobile device.)
