June 3 Meet Sign-Ups are Open!

Please log-in to your Swimtopia account on our website and sign-up for the first meet as soon as possible. This cannot be completed on the app. The deadline is midnight Sunday, May 29 (12 AM May 30). Swimmers will not be allowed to swim in the meet if they are not signed-up by the deadline. Please remember to declare your kids for every meet, whether they are swimming or not.

New families, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to a board member or experienced swim team family. If you are not sure which events to choose, please speak with a coach. As you start to prepare for the first meet, we have some helpful information posted on our Swim-Meet-101.

Parents will select their own job assignments when they sign-up their swimmers. We ask all families to sign up for two shifts. If you have a conflict, please let Ashley Wooten ([email protected]) know. The meet will be at PMP. We will have more details next week, but historically our arrival time for away meets has been 4:30 PM, so please plan accordingly.

SInce our swim meet is on a Friday, we will not have Fun Friday. We plan to go to Rapid Fire Pizza following the meet for a team social. They are open until 10 PM and have pizza, salads, GF pizza, and desserts.

Lastly, please talk to your swimmers about being careful entering and exiting the pool parking lot. Our lot entrance and 4-way stop can be challenging to navigate, and swimmers need to remember to yield to cars.
