For swimmers who would like to receive this award, consider setting goals to include a new event at each meet.

Tuesday Treats: Each Tuesday, our swimmers enjoy a treat after practices. Thank you to Tracy and Meredith Ann Wingard for coordinating! This week, the swimmers will get hot chocolate!

Big Fox Breakfast - May 11, 10:00–11:30 AM: We are excited to kick off the swim season again with our Big Kid Brunch! All of our older swimmers (current 6th - 12th grade) are invited to the Kluttz’s house (6 King George Rd.) to connect with other older swimmers, give feedback about the season, discuss Divisionals theme/gift ideas, and find out about their new Fox Friends. Parents of swimmers in 6th grade and up...we would love your help with two things!

1.Get your swimmers there!

2.Sign-up to send in items we need for breakfast using the job signup button on the Meets & RSVP Calendar of our website (the same way we sign up for jobs at meets). Please send your items ready to serve.

Feel free to reach out to Katie Kluttz with questions at [email protected]. Thanks for your help in making the kickoff for this swim season a great one!

Volunteer info: Remember, each family is expected to provide a volunteer for two halves of each meet in which their swimmer(s) participate.

Certified officials (Stroke & Turn, Starter, Referee, Clerk of Course) must attend an in-person or training between. Find the dateshere. Officials must be certified (passed the test) by May 23.

ALL OTHER PARENTS, please read about the TIMER position on theSAIL Educations Materials website (under Timer Clinic), and then take the Timeronline certification test to be certified for this position during the meets. If every parent certifies for these positions, it helps our meets to run much smoother!

The other volunteer positions we have at each meet are concessions (home meets), runner, ribbons and tent parents. These positions do not require training or tests. You can sign up for these jobs, but if they are full, we will need you to take one of the other positions.

T-shirt Design Contest! For the T-shirt design for Championships and Classics this year, there is a swimmer design competition! Any swimmer or coach can submit a design for the t-shirt (shirt colors and artwork) for Champs and Classics this July!! The SAIL board will vote on the designs and choose a winner (designs will be anonymous when voting). Please submit shirt designs via email to [email protected] by Monday, June 3rd!
