First Meet Sign-up

It is time to sign up for our first swim meet, which is next Thursday, May 23, at Dove Tree. Please log in to your Swimtopia account on our website and sign up for the first meet as soon as possible. This cannot be completed on the app. The deadline is midnight on Sunday, May 19^th.Swimmers will not be allowed to swim in the meet if they are not signed-up by the deadline. Please remember to declare your kids for every meet, whether they are swimming or not. If your child is not swimming at the meet, make sure and to also mark yourself as unavailable to volunteer.

New families, if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to a board member or experienced swim team family. If you are not sure which events to choose, please speak with a coach. As you start to prepare for the first meet, we have some helpful information posted on our Swim-Meet-101.

Volunteers: Parents will select their own job assignments when they sign up their swimmers. We ask all families to sign up for two shifts. If you have a conflict, or if you have any questions, please contact Ashley Brown at [email protected] or Stephanie Hedge at [email protected].

We will have more details about our meet at Dove Tree next week, but historically our arrival time for away meets has been 4:30 PM, so please plan accordingly.

Volunteer notes: All certified officials should have already taken the appropriate SAIL tests. Please contact Ashley Brown or Stephanie Hedge with any concerns. Other volunteers, if you have not taken the timer test yet, please do so today! Ashley will manually approve you in Swimtopia after you pass the tests. You will not be able to sign up for the roles you want until she has done this.
