This Week’s Meet: This week’s meet is away at Woody Creek.

Where:101 Woody Creek Road (corner of Sugar Creek Road and Woody Creek Road).

When: Thursday, May 30^th. Meet starts at 5:30 PM

Swimmer Arrival Time: 4:30

Warm Up Time: 4:45 (10&Under), 5:00 (11&Up)

First half volunteers: Arrive no later than 5:00 PM. Officials will report to the table behind the starter stand at 5:00 PM for a meeting. Check in with Ashley Brown or Stephanie Hedge at the Volunteer Check-In table set up near the officials and timers table on the pool deck. (Volunteer assignments can be viewed in the Swimtopia App).

Volunteer Reminder: Please remember that SAIL policy prohibits all timers and recording timers from using their phones to take pictures or videos from behind the blocks and from having phones out and in use at all. Please be mindful of this rule.

Parking: Please obey the parking signs posted in the neighborhood and find parking along the street.

Swimmer’s Area: Foxcroft tents and swimmers will be adjacent to the UPPER PARKING LOT in the shaded grass area. If the grass and ground are too wet, they will mark off space in the parking lot. You may bring a tent for your family, if needed. We will bring Foxcroft tents for swimmers.

Spectators: The pool deck is for parents to come on and watch swimmer's swim (standing only, no chairs). You may set up chairs outside the pool in the grass near the Foxcroft swimmer tents. There are a few metal tables and chairs around the pool deck that are for handicap and elderly (grandparent) seating. All other adults should place chairs outside the pool deck.

Concessions: Concessions will be under the covered pavilion. There will be pizza, burgers, hotdogs, Chick-fil-a, buttered noodles, nachos, Tropical Smoothie, various snacks and drinks, etc. You can pay with cash and Venmo. When paying with Venmo, please show your payment completed screen to the concession volunteers.

Big Foxes: Make sure to cheer on your Fox friend at the meet!

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL's severe weather policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will text you when the swimmers can return to the pool area.

SAIL Alcohol Policy: Please be very mindful of SAIL's policy for no alcohol at events.

Fun Friday: There will be no practice on Friday. Join us at the shelter at 10:30 AM for donuts and games.
