This Week’s Meet: This week’s meet is away at PMP.

Where: 205 Pilgrim’s Point Rd., Greenville, SC, 29615

When: Thursday, June 13th. Meet starts at 5:30 PM

Swimmer Arrival Time: 4:20

Warm Up Time: 4:40 (10&Under), 4:55 (11&Up)

First half volunteers: Arrive no later than 5:00 PM. Officials will report to the starter stand at 5:15 PM. Check in with Ashley Brown or Stephanie Hedge. Volunteer assignments can be viewed in the Swimtopia App.

Volunteer Reminder: Please remember that SAIL policy prohibits all timers and recording timers from using their phones to take pictures or videos from behind the blocks and from having phones out and in use at all. Please be mindful of this rule.

Parking: Anywhere that is not a designated reserved spot is available for parking. There will be parking attendants to help get everyone safely in the meet. Parking in the neighborhood is limited to one side of the street. Please obey the signs.

Swimmer’s Area: Please see the Visitor Tent  Area on the map below.

OFF LIMITS: L-shaped pool, deep end, and baby pool.

Spectators: Please see the attached pool map for spectator seating.

Concessions: There will be Chick-fil-a, burgers, chips, various snacks and drinks, etc. You can pay with cash, check, and Venmo.

Big Foxes: Make sure to cheer on your Fox friend at the meet!

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL's severe weather policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will text you when the swimmers can return to the pool area.

SAIL Alcohol Policy: Please be very mindful of SAIL's policy for no alcohol at events.

Fun Friday: There will be no practice on Friday. Join us at the shelter at 10:30 AM for donuts and games.
