Thank you so much for making our final dual meet a success. Our Swim Team is truly a large part of what makes Foxcroft such a wonderful place to live! We celebrated our five seniors (Emerson Rollins, Meredith Anne Wingard, Nick Franchina, Sophie Haff, and Caroline Shoaf) with a Senior Swim.

Attached is the Senior Swimmers script as read by Jon Chilton on Thursday night. Congratulations, Seniors, and thank you for your words of wisdom to future swimmers!

Meet Results: The final score was GCC 355 and Foxcroft 323. Three new pool records were set.

New Pool Records: Congratulations to our swimmers who set new pool records last night: Emerson Rollins, 15 -18 butterfly; Thompson Haff, 13-14 long free; and Bo Bateman, 11-12 long free.

Swimmers of the Week: These swimmers were recognized for their hard work and good attitudes: Santiago Wolf, Walter Burton, Emmy Jones, and Eliana Shoaf.

Divisionals Theme: Foxcroft’s 2024 Divisionals Theme is Born in the USA! The Divisionals meets on Friday and Saturday will both start with a parade of teams around the pool deck. Every year, swimmers dress up according to the theme for the parade, so start collecting items for a costume - creativity is the goal! We also invite you to decorate your car/golf cart in accordance with the theme for the neighborhood parade on MONDAY night at 7PM.

• Monday, Parade at 7 p.m. Line up at 6:45 p.m. in the pool parking lot.
• Tuesday, Practice at Thornblade pool 7 p.m. After-practice team drop-in at Bertolo's Pizza.
• Wednesday, Boys Game Night/Girls Spa Night 7 p.m.
• Thursday, Pasta Pump Up Dinner in Shelter, 6 p.m. Pasta Pump Up item sign-ups are on our website. Please sign up now!

Divisionals Meet Info and C&C Announcements

Divisionals Arrival Times: Many details will be coming regarding the meets, but please plan to arrive by 3 PM on Friday afternoon (11&Up) and 8:30 AM on Saturday morning (10&Under).

C&C Reveal: On Sunday night (July 7th), we will email a list of qualifiers for Championships and Classics. Those who qualified will have a combined 9 AM practice Monday morning, July 8th. All swimmers will then come to the pool at 9 AM for the Breakfast of Champions to celebrate. C&C qualifiers will find out which meets and events they will be swimming at the breakfast. Let it be a surprise and don’t check Swimtopia for the events!

Divisionals Volunteers: Volunteers for Divisionals have been assigned and will be in Swimtopia shortly. We will also follow up with all volunteers soon. Please let Ashley Brown or Stephanie Hedge know if there are any conflicts or if you are available as a last minute sub for either meet.

Team Awards Night: July 8 in the field at 6:00 PM for all competitive team swimmers. Dessert will be provided.

Swimmer’s Ear Prevention: Please be diligent about caring for those ears over the next week. We don’t want anyone to miss out on the Divisionals activities or meets! Prevention tips can be found here.
