This Week’s Meet: This week’s meet is away at Neely Farms. 

Where: 105 Farm Club Dr, Simpsonville, SC 29680

When: Thursday, May 29. Meet starts at 5:30 p.m.

Swimmer Arrival Time: 4:20 p.m.

Warm Up Time: 4:45 p.m. (10&Under), 4:55 p.m. (11&Up)

Volunteers:  1st half volunteers should arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. All deck volunteers/officials are asked to check in with the volunteer coordinator, at the round table, near lane 1. Second half volunteers should check in, at the same area, and standby to begin their shift at event 35. Ribbons will be upstairs in the Clubhouse. Computers will be on the deck, under the green sun shade, by the clubhouse.. Check in with Ashley Brown. Volunteer assignments can be viewed in the Swimtopia App.

Volunteer Reminder: Please remember that SAIL policy prohibits all timers and recording timers from using their phones to take pictures or videos from behind the blocks and from having phones out and in use at all. Please be mindful of this rule.

Parking: In the field behind the pool and playground. Access to the field is located just past the Neely Farm Drive entrance, off of Harrison Bridge Road. There will be signs and a volunteer to direct you to the parking area. Parking in the streets of the neighborhood or any other grassy area is not allowed. See attached map.

Swimmer’s Area: Visitor team to set up in the grassy area in front of the playground, near the volleyball court. BUG SPRAY is recommended. The baby pool is closed during the meet, please do not allow swimmers to play in this area.

Spectators: Cheer for your swimmer from the pool deck, but we ask that you set up your belongings in your team area, to leave access open to all spectators throughout the meet. There will be NO chairs on deck. There will be a handicap only area on deck for those that need it.

Concessions: Concessions are offered on the back porch of the clubhouse. Sales are cash or Venmo. Chicken Tenders, pizza, and hot dogs will be available, along with Kona Ice.

SAIL Alcohol Policy: Please be very mindful of SAIL's policy for no alcohol at events.

Fun Friday: There will be no practice on Friday. Join us at the shelter at 10:30 AM for donuts and games.

Big Foxes: Make sure to cheer on your Fox friend at the meet!

Severe Weather Plan: In the event of severe weather, we will follow SAIL's severe weather policy. If we clear the deck, everyone will be asked to return to their cars. We will text you when the swimmers can return to the pool area.
