Healthy Team Reminders

Allergies: Please be aware that several of our swimmers have nut allergies. For the safety of everyone, we do ask that the tent area be nut-free. Thank you for understanding!

Lice: These unwanted summer guests have made an appearance. Please be on the lookout and discourage swimmers from sharing caps and towels. 

Swimmer's ear: Please be diligent about caring for those ears over the next weeks. We don’t want anyone to miss out meets! Prevention tips can be found here

Team Night Out

There is no afternoon practice Tuesday. The team coaches will meet swimmers at the Greenville Drive event for the parade of teams. Parade line up starts at 5:30 p.m. Look for the F.O.X.! The competition for ticket sales has ended, but It is not too late to buy tickets and join the fun. PURCHASE TICKETS & GET INFO HERE.

Meet Information from Devenger

Reserved Parking Spots: As shown on attached pool diagram, there will be 5 reserved spots for Foxcroft coaches, SAIL reps, volunteers, or officials. You may choose how to assign them. You will not need a pass; the spots will be designated by yard signs “Visitor Parking”. They are unfortunately dependent on the honor system. If one of your spots is expected to be filled after the start of the meet, please let us know his/her name so that we can let the parking attendant know.

Swimmer Drop Off: Follow one-way traffic pattern from Paddock Drive into the pool lot as shown on attached diagram. You will pull by the basketball courts to drop your swimmer as you exit the pool parking lot. Please keep traffic moving and circle through the area quickly.

General Parking: We have limited parking spaces at the pool, including reserved and handicapped spots, and they may be difficult to enter/exit during the meet. Additional parking is available along neighborhood streets. Please Park on one side of the street only, and do not block driveways. Please respect and obey the “no parking” signs. Greenville County regulations prohibit parking in front of fire hydrants or within 20 ft of any intersection/stop sign. We will have street monitors helping with parking and there will be a police officer on duty. Tickets may be written if parked illegally.

Golf Carts will be out and can provide rides down to the pool. 

Concessions: Concessions will be available from just before the start of the meet until near the end of the meet. A variety of items, including hamburgers, hot dogs, salmon burgers, pizza, chicken sandwiches, sides, snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase, while supplies last. NEW: Berry Hill will be onsite selling Acai bowls! Cash and Venmo will be accepted.

Inclement Weather: In the event the meet is suspended due to severe weather, specifically if lightning is close by, please instruct swimmers and their families to go to their vehicles. 

Heat Sheets: We will not have heat sheets for sale at this meet. All information will be available in Swimtopia which will be updated live. 

Spectators: Spectators are allowed on deck, but we do not allow any outside chairs. When you don't have swimmers in the water, you can stand on the deck, but if you wish to sit and relax, we ask that you move into the parking lot/tailgating areas. Our parking lot will be closed off once warm ups begin, please feel free to set up your chairs, tents and tailgate areas anywhere throughout the parking lot (upper or side). You may also use the grassy area on the opposite side of the basketball courts.
