This Week's Meet HOME!

This Week’s Meet: This is our final dual meet, and it is at home against Pelham Falls.

When: June 19, starts 5:30 PM

  • Set-up: 2:00 - We need help setting up for the meet. It is a huge effort to rearrange the pool deck, set-up concessions, and get everything ready for our guests.
  • Swimmer Arrival Time: 4:00
  • Warm Up Time: 4:15 (10&Under), 4:30 (11&Up) - Parents of young swimmers need to stay with their kids after the warm-up. Coaches will not be able to supervise swimmers outside the pool deck.
  • First half volunteers: Arrive no later than 5:00 PM. Volunteers will meet at the front entrance to check in.
  • Officials Meeting: 5:10 PM (earlier to test time drops)
  • Senior Swim: Event 81 - Stay and cheer on our graduates - Delmar Pagel and Anderson Boetsch.
  • Pool Party! The pool will stay open until 10 PM! We hope you will stay for the Divisional theme reveal and dance party after the deck is put back in order.

Swimmer’s Area: We reserve the area closest to the playground in the shade for our guests. Foxcroft will set up in the field (towards the basketball courts).

Parking: Please do not park in the pool parking lot as we reserve the entire lot for our guests. We can use the bicycle parking and golf cart parking until they are full, but please walk from home or park in a friend’s driveway. If you do park on the road, please park some distance away, follow no parking signs, and stay on one side of the road.

Concessions:We will have traditional concessions and Chick-Fil-A nuggets, pizza and Jimmy Johns along with Berry Hill and Carolina gourmet snowballs.

Additional Meet Information:

  • Please remind your swimmers to rest, stay in the team area, and clean up after themselves. Our tent area looked much better last week at PMP - thank you!
  • Swimmers need to check back with tent parents as soon as possible after each event. They must stop at each Clerk of Course check point prior to their swims.
  • Please write your swimmers' event numbers on their arms before the meet. Writing their name on their back or shoulder is also helpful for tent parents.
  • The playground is off limits to swimmers during meets.
  • Weather Delays: All communication will be through the Remind group text.
  • Fox Friends: Remember to support your Fox Friend.
  • It is against SAIL rules to consume alcohol during a swim meet, but HOA rules take over after the meet has ended and the deck has been put back together.

Fun Friday: Join us at the shelter at 10:30 AM for doughnuts, ribbons, and games.

Next Week’s Schedule: Remember, next week’s schedule is unique and designed for both team fun and preparation for the Divisional meets. The latest events are updated on the team google calendar. After the theme reveal Thursday night, a full fun calendar of events will be shared for your quick reference.

Championships and Classics: Remember, any changes to C&C Intentions between now and the start of Divisionals must be sent to Kristin Rollins or scratch fees will be passed on to the families.
